To Cancel Your Reservation: If you need to cancel your booked room, please notify the hotel service provider before May 21, 2025. Otherwise, the hotel will charge for one night’s stay.

No-show: If the confirmed hotel room is not occupied, the hotel will charge for one night’s stay as a penalty.
