2025 Digital Water Innovation Summit

Introduction
In the digital era, where emerging technologies are revolutionizing
traditional industries, digital transformation and artificial intelligence
have emerged as defining trends and key drivers within the water sector.

Against this backdrop, the 2025 Digital Water Innovation Summit has been
scheduled to take place on June 4-6, 2025, at the Shanghai National

and construction of mechanism and mathematical hybrid modeling technology for municipal

models. She presided over the preparation and release of the first "Water Industry Big
Model White Paper" in the industry, participated in the formulation of the first
municipal public utility industry video intelligence group standard, and participated in
the formulation of the first ISO Smart Water international smart water service guideline

Speech Abstract: When general big models such as DeepSeek cause anxiety about the
industry's intelligent upgrade, this report, based on the actual experience of big model
projects, builds a systematic breakthrough framework with three "cold thinking": from
the data dimension, face the current situation of "multi-power separation" of scene
data, and analyze the dilemma and reasons of scene data barriers. From the law
dimension, through the screening principles of scene application practice, combined with
the value closed loop to drive the scene efficiency improvement in the field of water
affairs and environmental protection. From the practice dimension, through the
ecological environment monitoring big model case, the provincial and ministerial water
